LDHG series vibrating high gradient high intensity magnetic separator device is a kind of equipment for fine powder industry developed by Longi company. According to the characteristics of powder materials and the specific conditions of its separation site, the new high gradient magnetic impurity removal equipment is designed and developed.
Working principle
This series of products are periodic operating equipment. The figure on the left shows the iron removal state after the coil is electrically excited, and the figure on the right shows the iron discharge state after the coil is demagnetized. The cycle of iron removal and iron discharge is carried out alternately, and the cycle time can be adjusted according to the different iron content of materials.

Application
This series of products is suitable for fine powder materials (suitable for 0-3mm material) in addition to iron discharging and purification, and site can not use wet separation, the economic cost is relatively high site, or the process conditions do not allow wet separation site, etc .Widely used in the quartz, feldspar, kaolin, fluorite, refractories, ceramics, glass and other nonmetal materials in addition to iron purification, as well as to the acid lithium , graphite, silver acid lithium, new energy battery, electronic materials and other new materials in addition to purification. In addition, in order to ensure the iron removal capacity of the equipment and the service life of the equipment, in its process flow, it is best to remove the iron by the permanent magnet equipment first.

LONGi Laboratory was established in 2006. It is a comprehensive laboratory with magnetic separation gravity separation, flotation and X-ray separation. It is an important part of the magnetic separation engineering technology research center which is approved by CMIF (China Machinery Industry Federation).The laboratory covers an area of more than 4000 square meters, with a complete single magnetic separation testing machines and with a combined in any combination of magnetic separation, gravity separation, and flotation separation testing lines.
The LONGi Laboratory can conduct the plastic recycling experiments, confirmatory experiments and process flow sheet design experiments, and provide optional experimental reports, and provide process flow sheet and the basis for equipment model selection.
