It has significant advantages in terms of size, packaging, cost, and performance. The acceleration voltage has ultra-high stability, low noise and ripple. Under the current of 200UuA, the voltage can be programmed from 0-30KV. The bias power supply, the filament power supply is suspended on the acceleration power supply. The power supply is protected against arcing, overvoltage, short circuit, and overcurrent.
